Alliances: Treucht and the new Vampire's Hold (not former alliances)

Structures:

Cities: The two most populous provinces, Treuchlyn and Wyndil, could be called even cities,  Elves in Cerilia have never believed in tearing down trees to construct settlements, but instead live in great, ancient tree-homes or in temporary dwellings on the forrest floor. Since most of the elves of Coullavhie cling to the past through thier memories, elaborate homes and cities are not necessary.  Only Rhiana's court resembles any sort of human dwelling, and even it is a tree-tower, magically shaped by the Sayer long ago.

Events: Coullabhie invaded the Vampire's Hold to remove the Awnsheg from the surface of Cerilia. With the help of Treucht and Hap, they succeeded. Hap and the Sayer killed themselved the evil Vampire. Now, the country is held by a young brecht warrior, and under the protection of Coullabhie.
